Do you get on the computer and next thing you know, three hours have passed in what seemed like just minutes?
The internet is an amazing tool for business and pleasure. But we enjoy it so much, it can become an internet addiction. You'll know you're on the net too much when other areas of your life are suffering because your time and energy has been used up surfing.

These are the steps on how to prevent Internet addiction :

1. GET REAL:
Some experts say that the internet can become an easy, uncomplicated substitute for socializing with real, live people. Start making it a point to contact a friend or family member every day, whether on the phone or in person at a coffee shop. Make a list of people you enjoy, post it on your refrigerator, and make a checkmark next to the person's name each time you make a real contact. Once you start making connections again, you will feel less urge to feed your internet addiction.

2. FACE PROBLEMS:

An internet addiction can be detrimental to your relationships. It can also cause other problems in your life to get worse. When you spend your time and energy on the net instead of in dealing with life, you are like an ostrich with its head in the sand. Many of us who become computer addicted are using the web as a way of avoiding problems. What are you trying to escape? Write it down. Write down one concrete thing you can do to attack your biggest problem each day.

3. SET INTERNET TIME:

If you were giving a friend with an internet addiction advice on how much time to be on the internet each day, how much time would you recommend? Decide on a limit for yourself. When your time is up and you start rationalizing that more time is O.K., remind yourself that you get to be on again tomorrow. Turn off the computer. Go outside and take a walk.

4. OUT OF SIGHT:

Turn the computer and monitor off completely when your internet time is up. Cover your monitor with a cloth if your computer is not portable. Put your laptop away in its case in a place where you can't see it.

           Her choice of song is entitled " POCKET FULL OF SUNSHINE ". According to Joelle : " I am inspired by this song because it's telling me that I got lots of love from people that I also love and nobody can't take control of me and take me down so easily. But sometimes when I feel so down, I think of a place or a way to be happy again and I'll just have to remember that I have the courage to show that I am contented with myself and no one can change me for who I am. It's like the saying that goes "love conquers all". " Well she is somewhat true. But as I observed the song tackles more of escaping and going away to somewhere she will be happy. I liked the music but I don't really understand the message of the song. But as a whole the music is nice. Actually I really want to download the music. :D


           To her choice of music video I really don't like it. The music is nice but I don't like the music video it's too vulgar. It is not good to be watched. But it's her choice and I have to respect that. (PEACE JOELLE.. hehehe )

BYE BYE ! T_T #3

           This music video is entitled BYE BYE by Mariah Carey . This song is about letting go of someone you love no matter how it hurts. I chose this video because the message is really hits the heart of the listener. I also like the video because it shows the message of the song. That no matter how much we love a person time will come that we need to say bye to them. As one of the lines said that " And you never got the chance to see how good I've done " it refers to someone that she wishes who were their to witness her achievements in life. That she don't have the chance to show it to her love ones. Based on my own understanding to this video is that it tackles about the personal experiences of the singer who is MARIAH CAREY. And I know many people have been touched to this song especially when they saw the music video of the song. Because each line of the song was based on her experience from her life. And what really touched me is the first part of the song which goes like this:

" This is for my peoples who just lost somebody

Your best friend, your baby, your man, or your lady

Put your hand way up high

We will never say bye (no, no, no)

Mamas, daddies, sisters, brothers, friends and cousins

           Because of the song I was enlightened. I learned to appreciate life. I learned to value the people that surrounds me and give them all the love that I can give before it's too late and all you can say is BYE.

The Best First Time #2

       Such a wonderful experience in a such wonderful place is really unforgettable. Although it happened a long time ago but still I can feel the fresh air and the sea breeze. It was the best first time ever. I had gone through several escapade but  I can consider it as my favorite escapade.
       I can still remember the time when I went to Duka Bay. It is located in Cagayan de Oro. I was in grade VI when our school decided to have a field trip. My teacher told us about it. When I heard the name I feel so excited to go their.I also heard that the place was so beautiful and they have the white sand. The night before our trip I can't sleep well thinking what will it look like. I am very busy imagining things that I will bring and I did double checking to make sure that I don't miss something. On the other day is our trip day. I was so excited that I even forgot to say bye to my mama.
      On the way to the place. I was fond of looking to the places we passed. My other classmates are already sleeping while me is still looking on the sideways.Because when I am happy and excited I have no time for sleeping. I treasure every moment that I have.
      And finally when we got to our destination I was really fascinated by the place. It is really wonderful and so beautiful. The place was very clean and really the sand is white and it is my first time to step on a white sand. That time I feel like I'm in Boracay. I was also amazed of the sea. It is very clear obviously they are really taking care of it. In over all view the place is cozy to stay with. After observing the place, we immediately put our things in the cottages and dive into the water. It is really fun, all you can see are people that are smiling and also amazed by the place. After we had our lunch break. Our teacher told us that we can see the creatures under the see, in short we will have boating. And again I feel excited.
     When we are on the boat, I was really amazed of the beauty under the sea, and all I can say is "WOW". It was my first time to see sea horses, corals in different color,pawikan, clown fishes and many more. Most of my experiences while we were on the boat are all first time. When we were on the resort I never felt boring or getting tired even just a single second. All I can feel is the enjoyment in our short time of staying their.
     After several hours staying in Duka Bay Resort our teacher told us that we are leaving soon. And all os us felt sad. Sad because we will the place that is like a paradise. But as we leave the beach I promise to myself that someday I will be back in that place. It was really my best first time. :)

THE BEST OF ME #1

    Well honestly, I don't know if I have that so-called best asset. Because as I look at  myself their is no such thing that I can consider the best about me. Though i have lots of friends and many people likes me but still I have no idea what they like he most about me. But according to the majority of my friends that I asked what's the best thing they like about me,  and I was shocked to their answer. They said that my ATTITUDE was the best thing why they like me so much. And I asked them why. One of my friend answered me that I am just honest to myself as well as I am honest to them. They also said that my attitude is VERSATILE. I can make anyone happy even though they are at the stage of sorrow. They told me also that I am approachable and easy to deal with. They also said that I am good on keeping secrets and good on advising things. I was really touched on the things that they told me. 
   As I picture out things I realize that what they are saying are true. I finally figured out that my best asset was my attitude. Even me, I can tell that my attitude is my greatest asset. Because I can easily adjust to the people around me. If they are sad I am always their for them. Many of friends always loved to hear my advice. I also the part that when they are so down and depress the only one that they will go to is me. I love the feeling that the people that surrounds me trust me on that. And my friends also told me that I am honest about my feelings . If I am angry I will be really angry. But I am also a type of person that knows how to control their emotions.Thats's I can really say that my asset was my ATTITUDE and the proof to that are my friends. :)
